Because personalised and custom pieces are made specially for you, they cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, email hello@porulstudio.com within 48 hours with photos and we will repair, replace or refund it.

Refunds for eligible orders go back to the original payment method.
